Aquilla is Advice’s tool for e-Financeira and FATCA monitoring, designed to consolidate registration and financial information from multiple institutional systems for subsequent submission of the “e-Financeira” file to the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal do Brasil).
The tool enables compliance with RFB Normative Instruction No. 1.571/2015 and the recent RFB Normative Instruction No. 2.278/2025, under which payment institutions and participants in payment arrangements (such as fintechs) are subject to the same ancillary obligations as traditional financial institutions — specifically, the submission of the e-Financeira.
Deadline for submitting the e-Financeira: October 31, 2025, applicable only to institutions classified under IN RFB No. 2.278/2025.
