Anti-fraud base

Developed to comply with BACEN / CMN Joint Resolution No. 6 of 23.05.2023, NoTrick is the ADVICE platform that allows users to access and share information about individuals or companies involved in fraud situations or indications of fraud.

The new requirement came into force on November 1, 2023.

CONDITIONS

  • Compliance with the LGPD
  • Institutions must comply with the LGPD: obtain the client's consent to share data related to them in a contract; observe the duty of confidentiality, the protection of personal data and free competition
  • Focus on fraud information
  • The service must be used exclusively to record evidence of fraud. Other situations, such as PLD-FT, do not generate any kind of feeding for this database
  • Transparency for society
  • Platform will make it possible to request the adjustment or deletion of information upon proof of non-involvement in the occurrence
