KNOW N1 is the onboarding automatized platform for the due diligence process known as KYC (KNOW YOUR COUNTERPARTY). It has registration, research, qualification, analysis and, finally, the counterparty risk classification, whether collaborator, employee, supplier, customer or business partner.

Besides making different types of mats and carrying out distinctive analysis and risk classifications for each situation, the KNOW N1 consolidates processes and documents under the same tool, increasing efficiency and quality in the Onboarding process. It is an extremely important and necessary resource for complying with Brazilian regulations, such as Bacen Circular nº 3.978 and the related norms of other regulatory agents.

  • Data enrichment through a robot research in public and private sources to complement customer information: Receita Federal (IRS)/Serasa (Credit)/Contacts and Partners
  • Automatic search in both public and private sources to update customer registration information, according to regulatory schedule, requiring registration interaction only in case of changes
